Job summary

Apollo is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our New York office, embedded with the Credit Trading Desk. You will drive the full development lifecycle, mentor engineers, and partner with investment professionals to deliver scalable, low-latency platforms that support trading workflows and post-trade analytics.

You will leverage microservices and event-driven architectures to build robust systems with strong data governance, while balancing latency, throughput, and complex business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in software engineering; 5+ years in trading or high-performance environments.
• Proven track record designing and deploying production-grade trading systems with reliability and low latency.
• Experience with market data ingestion, order management, execution, and post-trade analytics.
• Strong background in TCA, P&L attribution, risk modeling, and order routing.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and event sourcing for high throughput and observability.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead engineering teams.
