Uline, Inc. is seeking a Credit Team Lead to manage a dedicated team of Credit Analysts at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will guide credit decisions, analyze customer accounts, and drive high-impact financial insights to support North American operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration, training, and hands-on leadership, with strong focus on developing team capabilities and delivering reliable credit risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of Credit or Collections experience preferred.
• Strong communicator with excellent time management and organizational skills.
