Qualifications

• Advanced financial modeling and risk assessment expertise.
• Strong negotiation skills and client collaboration.
• Experience structuring complex loan transactions.
• Ability to analyze macroeconomic trends and credit risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting for complex loan requests and assess risk.
• Monitor portfolio to identify credit risks and performance.
• Partner with RMs in negotiations and client discussions.
• Review and negotiate credit agreements with legal teams.
• Mentor junior credit professionals and share best practices.
• Use independent judgement to manage assigned portfolio.
• Analyze and resolve problems pertaining to the portfolio.
