The role involves evaluating commercial loan transactions, underwriting quality, and risk grading accuracy, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

You will monitor credit risk trends across assigned segments, guide junior staff, and ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial credit experience.
• Strong understanding of underwriting and portfolio management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze borrower risk attributes.
• Ability to guide junior reviewers and discuss risk with lenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly credit file examinations and loan reviews.
• Evaluate credit information and assess borrower risk profiles.
• Perform sampling and adjust exam procedures as needed.
• Mentor less experienced reviewers on risk ratings and comments.
• Analyze loan reporting and credit risk indicators in reports.
• Ensure compliance with Credit Policy and Regulatory expectations.
