Job Description

• Execute file review assessments of moderately complex credit and credit‑related transactions, including credit facility structures and underwriting processes, within the context of credit policies and procedures.
• Assess inherent risk and the materiality of risk for credit transactions, validate scorecard risk ratings, and evaluate borrower credit administration.
• Complete work papers and supporting documentation, maintain awareness of relevant issues, and follow up on exam findings with business partners with minimal guidance.
• Communicate credit risk review plans and objectives to stakeholders effectively.
• Apply robust knowledge of the credit cycle and economic indicators, leveraging industry and economic research tools to identify emerging risks and trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Robust credit knowledge and strong experience related to commercial credit extension and management.
• 5+ years of credit risk or credit underwriting experience, especially with larger, more complex commercial and industrial, CRE, corporate banking, leveraged lending, and middle‑market transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations and influence stakeholders.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $87,500.00 – $202,800.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
