Responsibilities

• Advise on complex high-risk credit risk transactions and mitigation strategies.
• Make credit decisions and recommendations per policy.
• Manage a defined portfolio to reduce loss exposure and grow profitability.
• Develop and implement lending policies and procedures.
• Provide credit risk coaching to sales and service teams.
• Gather, format and present data in regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Monitor financial and risk performance of accounts.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives.
