Responsibilities

• Review annual property operating statements, rent rolls, and local market conditions to determine performance and risk of default.
• Document and support concluded risk ratings.
• Interact with borrowers, credit executives, and other parties for data to perform analysis.
• Present credits to senior management on a quarterly basis.
