Job summary

TBI Bank is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to support decision-making across the consumer lending portfolio. You will perform risk analyses, validate reports, and monitor PD, LGD, and ECL while ensuring data integrity across risk systems.

The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with SAS or Python, and a degree in a quantitative field. English proficiency and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Competitive salary and a multinational team await.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in credit risk analysis, regulatory reporting, or risk data analytics within banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk concepts (PD, LGD, ECL, staging, portfolio monitoring).
  • Advanced SQL skills with proven experience in data extraction, transformation, and validation (mandatory).
  • Experience with analytical tools such as SAS, or Python is a plus.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Perform credit risk analysis to support decision-making across the consumer lending portfolio.

  • Calculate and monitor risk parameters (e.g., PD, LGD) and ensure consistency of methodologies.
  • Analyze portfolio performance identifying trends, deviations, and emerging risk signals.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and consistency across risk reporting and source systems.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of credit policies, ensuring alignment with risk appetite.
  • Translate business requirements into clear analytical specifications and validate outputs.
  • Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA), including test case design, execution, and result validation.
  • Support the development and maintenance of risk reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data pipelines.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of methodologies, calculations, and reporting processes in line with audit and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For
