Base pay range

$27.00/hr - $29.50/hr

Our client, a global financial technology leader with amazing culture, is hiring for contract Credit Risk and Account Review Analysts. This is a remote position anywhere in the U.S. but the hours must mirror 8-4 PST or 9-5 PST, M-F.

In this role, you will be performing risk and compliance reviews for applications such as credit, savings, etc. that come from the company's trusted sellers. You will use expert customer service, communication, and problem solving skills to analyze/resolve issues, mitigate risk, and identify trends that can translate into product improvements for IT.

Contract Duration: 6 Months

• Experience working at a financial institution, fintech company, or payment provider is preferred

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

• Perform AML, IDV, KYB and other risk or compliance reviews for Checkings, Savings, and Credit applications.
• Maintain or exceed established service level agreements and guidelines for resolution of queued transactions to minimize potential revenue losses
• Manage escalation paths to triage a seller's needs and mitigate risk
• Answer customer support escalations specific to application reviews
• Identify, document, and follow up with teams on product bugs and features
• Advocate for our seller community by identifying trends in issues and suggesting improvements to policies and products
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain current knowledge of BSA/AML and perform BSA/AML responsibilities as needed within the role.
• Effectively work in a remote or distributed work environment and collaborate with team members through internal messaging tools and video conferencing.
