Job summary

Alpine Solutions Group is seeking a Credit Resolution Specialist for a full-time, onsite role in Tempe, Arizona. You will manage and resolve outstanding balances, research discrepancies, and communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate has experience in collections or accounts receivable within healthcare, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, credit resolution, accounts receivable, billing, revenue cycle, or a related customer-facing financial role.
• Healthcare experience - most recently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling account and payment-related conversations
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to research issues and problem-solve independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong computer and data-entry skills

What You’ll Do

• Research account discrepancies and determine appropriate resolutions
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding balances, payments, and account questions
• Follow up on aging accounts and outstanding items
• Maintain accurate documentation of account activity and resolution efforts
• Partner with internal teams to resolve billing, payment, and account issues
• Meet established productivity and quality goals
• Provide professional, solutions-focused customer service throughout the resolution process
