As a Credit Reporting Associate (Operational Compliance) at Concord Servicing, your responsibilities include investigating and resolving credit report disputes submitted by consumers, ensuring compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), reviewing credit information thoroughly, verifying accuracy, and addressing discrepancies or potential errors related to credit history. You will communicate directly with consumers to understand their concerns and handle cases involving alleged identity theft or fraud.

Responsibilities

Review credit reports for disputed items, contact creditors to gather supporting documentation, and determine if the information complies with FCRA guidelines.
Gather accurate consumer financial information from internal systems, verify its completeness and accuracy before submitting it to credit bureaus.
Analyze credit reports, identify patterns, and utilize credit reporting tools to investigate disputes.
