Job summary

Zions Bank in Midvale, Utah seeks an Assistant Relationship Officer to analyze financial data, underwrite credits, review loan documents and support loan officers.

You will contact clients, assist with collections, prepare information for credit reviews, and help maintain the portfolio with attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of MS Office and credit analysis software are preferred. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and experience with loan processes or credit analysis.
• Basic knowledge of credit, credit analysis and various loan types.
• Ability to meet deadlines, audit documentation and resolve problems.
• Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and credit analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, tax information and credit documentation to assess credit worthiness.
• Review and initiate loan documents for policy compliance.
• Place calls to clients to underwrite credits.
• Assist with collections and customer problem resolution.
• Prepare information for credit reviews and loan presentations with relationship managers.
• Assist in providing customer service on behalf of loan officers and team leaders.
• Disburse funds and support portfolio maintenance.
