Excellent remote opportunity for someone who is REALLY strong on the phone! They will offer extensive training, modest base pay, with significant bonus opportunities!

We are looking for talented individuals with an aptitude for negotiations to join our Legal client’s growing team of Creditor Relations Negotiators. This position focuses on conducting heavy-volume communications with creditors and their agents, under attorney supervision, regarding clients’ debt obligations. The ideal candidate is someone who is competitive and motived by commissions, and (of course) a genuine desire to help people in difficult times.

MUST live in the Southeastern US and must be on EST! Otherwise, this is 100% REMOTE. Operations hours are from 9-6 Monday – Friday. No overtime typically and no weekend work. Set schedule with No Commuting working diligently from your home office.

Required Skills & Experience:

• MUST HAVE Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Able to adapt to changes on a rolling basis
• Self-motivated worker with a solid work ethic and competitive drive
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to easily build rapport and maintain positive working relationships
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• No previous legal experience is necessary!
