Robert Half is currently seeking a Credit Processing Specialist to support John Deere Financial in Johnston, IA. This is a full-time, remote opportunity, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in reviewing credit application data, ensuring document accuracy, and providing responsive service to customers and dealers. It’s an ideal position for someone with strong attention to detail and a background in customer or financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter credit application data into internal systems.

• Audit lending documents for accuracy and completeness before submission. This includes verifying incentive programs, customer and equipment details, dealer charges, customer payoffs, signatures, and large credit contracts.

• Provide customer support and perform account maintenance.

• Respond to questions and requests from dealers, customers, and internal teams.

• Prepare and send documentation to notify dealers and customers of contract modifications.
