Qualifications

• Technical, business, or relevant finance degree.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in an investment bank, Fund Admin, Asset Manager, or Hedge fund.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Experience with structured credit products is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trade Lifecycle Management: manage the full lifecycle of credit trades incl. affirmation, matching, settlement, exercise/expiry across products like structured credit, CDX/CDS, CLO, CMBS, MBS, TBA cash bonds.
• Maintain Relationships: interact with Executing Brokers, Prime Brokers, Fund Admins, and other counterparties daily.
• Settlements / Fails: handle firm’s Bonds, Repo and structured credit settlements; escrow with Prime Brokers to Executing Brokers for timely settlement.
• PnL Investigation: work with PnL Control to investigate outages and verify models and securities are set up properly with Clearing Houses and counterparties.
• Technology Enhancements: collaborate with technology teams, front office, and vendors to automate processes and improve scalability.
