Job summary

Gen II Fund Services, LLC is seeking a Credit Operations Administrator to support the loan operations team within Credit Operations. You will help maintain operational standards, assist with process documentation, follow procedures and controls, participate in training, and contribute to an exceptional client experience.

The role focuses on credit operations tracking, data entry, reconciliation, and reporting, while collaborating with teammates to identify process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in credit operations, fund administration, or a related financial services function.
  • Strong understanding of loan servicing, documentation, and private credit structures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required - Finance, Economics, or Business Administration major preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Credit Operations Tracking: Follow established guidelines to help maintain operational excellence; Drive accuracy, timeliness, and control throughout the credit process; Review and interpret credit agreements and loan notices; Enter loan data updates in loan operations system; Reconciliation and reporting.
  • Participate in training sessions: Engage in all required training sessions; Take part in a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement; Ensure you are fully trained and equipped to support evolving client and regulatory needs.
  • Client & Team Collaboration: Respond to client and internal inquiries professionally and promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary; Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.

A Credit Operations Administrator will provide essential support to the loan operations team within Gen II’s Credit Operations function. Credit Operations Tracking

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.

Work Arrangement

All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of three (3) days a week in our office and two (2) days remotely.
