Job summary

Core-Mark seeks a Credit Manager Floater to provide strategic credit leadership across multiple operating companies. You will manage credit and collections, support onboarding of new staff, and drive process improvements while ensuring policy compliance and risk management across the organization.

The role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to manage temporary coverage during staffing shortages and transitions, with travel to OpCos as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in credit management.
• Experience as a credit manager in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for credit and collections across multiple OpCos and special assignments.
• Lead onboarding and transition activities for new Credit Managers and Analysts.
• Support business continuity by assuming responsibility for customer portfolios and credit operations.
• Collaborate with Corporate Credit, Shared Services, and Division leadership to address risks.
• Lead special projects, process improvements, system implementations, acquisitions, and change efforts.
• Assist with audit readiness and internal control testing.
