Coda Search│Staffing partners with an asset management firm to recruit an Investor Relations Associate for its credit platform. The role blends fundraising, relationship management, and capital markets, supporting senior IR professionals and external investors.

You will help manage investor communications, assist fundraising initiatives, and deliver a top-tier investor experience across pitches, presentations, and due diligence materials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Investor Relations or Capital Formation.
• Prior exposure to alternative investments, must have credit experience.
• Strong understanding of the institutional investor landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coverage and servicing of institutional investors across private and alternative credit platforms.
• Collaborate with senior fundraising professionals to develop investor materials and coordinate fundraising initiatives.
• Prepare and update marketing and due diligence materials such as pitchbooks, tear sheets, and DDQ/RFP responses.
• Serve as a main point of contact for investor inquiries with timely, professional communication.
• Maintain fundraising activity, investor interactions, and meeting notes in the CRM system.
• Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, including post-meeting follow-up.
• Monitor fundraising pipelines and assist in execution across funds, products, and strategies.
• Contribute to special projects and new product launches in investor relations and capital formation processes.
