  • Client origination and business development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new prospective clients for JPMorganChase's electronic spread trading capabilities. Build targeted outreach strategies, develop compelling value propositions, and convert opportunities into sustained revenue relationships.

  • Voice of the client to product and technology: Leverage client feedback and industry intelligence to clearly communicate product requirements, enhancements, and workflow priorities to business, product, and technology partners. Help shape the roadmap by articulating what clients need and why it matters commercially.
  • Cross-product partnership and collaboration: Work closely with voice sales colleagues across spread products and the broader FICC e-Sales team to deliver coordinated coverage and maximize revenue opportunities. Collaborate effectively across functional teams to ensure clients receive the best-fit solution and a consistent JPMorganChase client experience.
  • Implementation and go-live leadership: Coordinate internally to bring clients live efficiently and thoughtfully. Support onboarding planning, connectivity discussions, workflow mapping, and stakeholder alignment—ensuring a smooth transition from sales engagement to active usage.
