Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking a Credit Maintenance Analyst for a hybrid role. You will capture and record data on credit exposures, obligors and facilities, ensuring accuracy across credit systems in coordination with other teams.

The position involves reviewing requests, reporting statistics, and preparing information for auditors while supporting data quality initiatives and policy enhancements in collaboration with global groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in a similar data/credit maintenance role.
• Knowledge of industry practices and standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, MS Project and Windows domain.
• Very good written and spoken English; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review credit requests for completeness and accuracy and record credit facilities.
• Report processed statistics to senior management.
• Prepare portfolio data for auditors and maintain data quality.
• Interpret data, identify policy gaps, and support policy improvements.
• Support strategic projects to improve data accuracy and completeness.
