Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with ERP or business management software is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform collection calls and monitor the daily credit queue.
• Respond to invoices, statements, and account information requests.
• Process payments, adjustments, credits, and assignments accurately.
• Maintain and update customer accounts and master data records.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and pricing issues.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations to resolve receivable issues.
• Review freight bills and invoicing for accuracy.
• Support account reconciliation and follow credit procedures.
• Maintain documentation for credit and collection activities.
