Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in credit & collections, accounting, or a related field.
• Customer service focus that builds positive relationships within the organization and with external parties.
• Ability to deal with conflict effectively and challenge the business when necessary.
• Understands basic accounting and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the credit risk for all customers, establish credit conditions, and analyze overall exposure.
• Manage all orders on hold, customer accounts at or above credit limits, and perform debt collection activities.
• Coordinate reactive and proactive credit control; identify root causes impacting debt collection.
• Escalate issues and execute strategies to recover unpaid amounts.
• Perform administrative and analytical assignments.
