Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer creditworthiness using financial statements and credit reports.
• Establish credit limits and terms based on policy.
• Develop and update corporate credit and A/R policy.
• Mitigate risk with tools such as letters of credit and guarantees.
• Oversee collections to manage DSO for North America and communicate with customers.
• Collaborate with sales, collectors and internal stakeholders to minimize customer issues.
• Release orders in JD Edwards in line with policies.
• Travel up to 20% to offsite locations.
