Responsibilities

• Researches direct and indirect credit bureau disputes and responds to customers and agencies to ensure discrepancies are resolved.
• Researches and analyzes information using internal systems and third-party data sources to ensure accuracy of credit reporting.
• Responds to disputes received by mail or email and documents resolutions.
• Uses e-OSCAR to respond to indirect disputes via Automated Consumer Dispute Verification (ACDV).
• Maintains understanding of internal credit-related policies and relevant federal regulations and standards.
• Escalates complex issues to leadership and participates in process improvements.
• Works within a corporate environment, adhering to schedules and confidentiality of sensitive information.
