Cesna-Recruitment is seeking a Credit and AR Analyst to support credit management and accounts receivable functions. You will evaluate credit applications, analyze financials, monitor exposure, and collaborate with Sales.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in AR and credit analysis, with proficiency in English and Korean. You will handle AR aging, billing issues, and month-end closing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in AR and Credit Analysis.
• Proficiency in both English and Korean (written and verbal).
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new customer credit applications and recommend appropriate credit limits.
• Conduct financial statement analysis and credit risk assessments.
• Monitor customer credit exposure and payment trends.
• Recommend adjustments to credit limits based on financial performance and payment history.
• Support bad debt reserve analysis and credit loss assessments.
• Monitor customer accounts and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
• Prepare and review AR aging reports.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales to resolve past due accounts and invoice disputes.
• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices.
• Prepare monthly AR related reports for upper management.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
