We are looking for someone interested in building a lasting career with IFS and taking on broader responsibilities as their capabilities and the company develop.
Responsibilities may evolve as IFS grows and adopts new technology. The foundation of the role remains accurate, dependable transaction documentation and operations.

Remote work requires a private, professional workspace, reliable internet, secure handling of company and customer information, and the ability to devote working hours to job responsibilities. Employees must be reachable by phone and video during scheduled hours, meet deadlines and arrange personal responsibilities so they do not interfere with work. Candidates without prior remote experience must demonstrate comparable success working independently. Work arrangement, onboarding and occasional in-person attendance for training, meetings, company events or other business needs will be agreed before acceptance.
Technology and AI tools may support the work, subject to IFS approval and confidentiality requirements. Employees remain responsible for verifying accuracy.
