Job summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Credit and Collections Admin for a role in California. This position requires excellent communication skills and 1+ years of collections experience. The admin will be making over 20 calls daily to clients to manage past due notices and negotiate payment plans. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Dynamics AX 2012 is preferred. The role is fully onsite with a pay range of $18-25 per hour, full-time, Monday-Friday schedule.

• Document customer interactions in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX).
