Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of lending/credit experience recommended; be familiar with banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and analyze consumer and less complex loan requests for Relationship Bankers.
• Manage loan portfolio compliance including file exceptions, past dues, and covenants.
• Coordinate all credit processing stages from outreach to onboarding.
• Facilitate renewals, modifications, and annual reviews to maintain relationships.
• Identify lending opportunities within existing client relationships and cross-sell bank products.
• Maintain knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
