Point72’s Macro Team in the United States seeks a credit research professional to generate ideas and support investment decisions across rates, credit, and related markets. You will perform bottom-up research and build financial models to assess issuer fundamentals and relative value.

Working with a collaborative team, you will translate market insights into trade recommendations, monitor positions, and articulate risks and conviction behind investment theses.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of credit research experience
• Strong financial modeling and relative value analysis
• Comfort translating research into investment ideas

Responsabilités

• Generate trade ideas across credit markets through bottom-up research
• Develop credit opinions by analyzing issuer fundamentals and capital structures
• Build financial models to assess issuer value and risk
• Review documentation to identify risks and protections informing investments
• Synthesize market information to uncover themes and actionable trades
• Communicate research conclusions with clear conviction and risk considerations
• Monitor positions and stay updated on market developments
