Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Support loan lenders by analyzing financial statements and credit relationships.
• Prepare loan documents and formal loan proposals with risk ratings.
• Monitor portfolios, gather information, and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Assist in obtaining appraisals, credit reports, and flood determinations for underwriting.
