Primex Plastics Corporation is hiring a Credit Analyst for our Corporate Office in Richmond, Indiana. The role is an in-office, day shift position reporting to the Credit Manager.

The successful candidate will analyze customer financial conditions, set credit limits, minimize bad debt risk, and assist with order management and collections. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of work-related experience in accounting, credit analysis or administrative manufacturing support.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft AX is helpful but not required.

Aufgaben

• Assess credit risk and establish credit limits.
• Analyze customer credit information, including financial statements if provided.
• Provide financial order management support to Operations and Sales to control credit exposure.
• Secure prompt payment from customers and minimize disputes.
• Conduct collections calls to collect Accounts Receivable.
• Negotiate customer disputes to resolution and document root cause.
• Maintain credit files and electronic collection notes for each account.
• Communicate credit department policies and procedures to personnel.
