Job summary

CFS is seeking a Credit Analyst II in Madison, WI to evaluate loans up to $30M+, gather and review documentation, and monitor loan performance to manage risk. The role supports a growing team with a collaborative, family-oriented culture.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Business (Associate degree welcomed) and 2+ years in financial analysis or credit experience, with strong communication skills and a willingness to mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Analyze new loans for the organization ranging in size up to $30M+
• Gather and analyze loan documentation
• Oversee documentation, monitor and review member files and loan performance.
• Analyze statements such as tax returns, income statements, balance sheets, rent rolls, leases, appraisals, personal financial statements and credit reports to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money
• Mentor Credit Analyst on team
• Complete risk ratings and file review of commercial credits when necessary.
