Job summary

BayView Industries of Green Bay Inc. is seeking a Credit Analyst to join the credit department. You will manage assigned accounts, maintain records for customers using credit or installments, and ensure timely dues while upholding professionalism.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with internal teams such as Accounts Receivable and Invoicing to coordinate credit reviews and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in finance or related field.
• 2–5 years accounts receivable, finance and/or credit experience.
• Strong technical skills in account reconciliation and credit extensions.
• Excellent planning, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Strong customer orientation and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team oriented with ability to work in a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Reviews credit applications and establishes lines of credit.
• Conducts financial analysis including third-party report reviews.
• Makes recommendations to the Manager of Credit.
• Prioritizes credit reviews for existing accounts.
• Contacts customers and sales department.
• Process and maintain lien rights on customers in the divisions assigned.
• Coordinate activities with internal departments such as Accounts Receivable and Invoicing.
• Ensure proper follow-up and other duties as required.
