Western Alliance Bank is offering a 2027 Commercial Banking Development Program - Credit Analyst in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on spreading, managing, and maintaining financial background information on clients, and developing credit studies for Loan Officers and executives.

You will analyze client financials, prepare reports, and support cross-functional teams with treasury products and loan packages.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Accounting course.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• An interest in working in Commercial Banking.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Spread, manage and maintain financial background information on customers.
• Develop credit studies for Loan Officers and executives.
• Prepare a variety of credit department reports.
• Review client financials and perform sensitivity analysis to evaluate credit risk.
• Collaborate with Bank groups to support treasury management products and loan packages.
