Job summary

Uline in Waukegan, IL is seeking a Bilingual Credit Analyst to support U.S. and Mexico operations by making informed credit decisions and evaluating financial data. Review high volumes of orders, assess credit risk, and present insights to leadership to drive business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service or collections is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Bilingual English/Spanish—fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Review a high volume of daily customer orders to determine credit limits for U.S. and Mexico operations.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email related to credit decisions and account inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership for business decisions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. A focus in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service or collections a plus.
