Western Alliance Bank, member FDIC, is seeking a Credit Analyst for the 2027 Commercial Banking Development Program in Boston, MA. You will spread, analyze financials, and prepare credit department reports to support loan officers and executive management.

The Fund Banking Group partners with private fund managers, providing fund and GP credit facilities, and collaborates across lines to deliver lending solutions and services.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Accounting course.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• An interest in working in Commercial Banking.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Spread, manage and maintain financial background information on present and prospective customers.
• Develop credit studies for Loan Officers, Chief Credit Officer and Executive Management.
• Prepare a variety of credit department reports.
• Collaborate with Bank groups to execute treasury management products and loans.
