Responsibilities include analyzing and structuring new business transactions, conducting financial statement and collateral analysis, coordinating with teams to ensure timely funding, and ensuring post-funding

Competenze

• Bachelor s degree in finance or related field.
• 35 years of credit experience.
• Experience in commercial finance underwriting and reviewing financial statements.

Commercial Credit Group Inc (CCG) is an independent national commercial equipment finance and leasing company focused on purchase money and refinance transactions in the construction, fleet transportation, waste/environmental and machine tool industries. CCG has a Credit Analyst position available in the Williamsville, NY office. This position has visibility and interaction with senior management and offers career advancement.

Position Responsibilities:

• Analyze, structure and recommend new business transactions.
• Financial statement and collateral analysis.
• Coordinate credit process with marketing team, customer and vendor to ensure timely and responsive transaction flow.
• Oversight of transaction documentation and funding.
• Post funding compliance.

Desired Skills:

• Commercial finance underwriting experience.
• Experience recommending/approving loans for small to medium sized businesses.
• Equipment finance experience in construction and transportation industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills required.
• A positive and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
• Ability to read and spread financial statements.
• Bilingual.

Required:
