Job summary

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Credit Analyst to analyze and determine approvals for retail and lease credit applications from automotive dealerships. The role reports to the Credit Supervisor, supporting TFS EC objectives.

As part of the Eastern Region, you will evaluate deals, manage call-back times, and collaborate across teams. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and relevant experience in automotive finance is valued.

Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Eastern Region - Alpharetta, GA Experience Center (EC) is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Credit Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze and make determinations on approval, conditioning, and rejection of retail and lease credit applications received from automotive dealerships. Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, the person in this role will support the Toyota Financial Services (TFS) EC objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintaining decision call-back times at or below established objectives.
• Evaluating and negotiating deals as necessary in order to maintain the quality of purchases within established guidelines.
• Advising management of any problems or irregularities pertaining to retail, lease, or wholesale financing, breeches of trust, or other violations of TFS plans.
• Monitoring dealer trends and identifying and reporting adverse issues.
• Partnering with Credit investigation as needed.

• Relevant work experience such as retail credit, collections, dealership financial statements or wholesale
