Job summary

Citizens National Bank in Meridian, MS seeks a Credit Analyst to support underwriting of new commercial loans and monitor the health of the existing portfolio.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with related experience or an Associate's degree, proficiency in Word/Excel, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimal travel and a full-time work schedule are expected.

• Conducts credit investigations as requested using 3 rd party and other resources and conducts collateral evaluations and audits as requested.
• Assists in managing financial expiring documentation.
• Monitors borrowing base and other loan covenants.
• Participates, with account officers, on customer and prospect calls when necessary.
• Assists in "special projects" as needed.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Required Education and Experience
