Job summary

AMAX is seeking a Credit Analyst to assess the creditworthiness of customers and recommend credit limits and terms. The role involves analyzing financial data, credit reports, and other information to inform decisions and manage risk.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience, a Bachelor's in finance or accounting, proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks, and strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Mandarin is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

AMAX is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Analyst to join our team. As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for assessming the creditworthiness of customers and making recommendations for credit limits and terms. Primary responsibilities include:

• Analyze financial data, credit reports, and other relevant information to evalute the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
• Determine appropriate credit limits and terms based on credit analysis.
• Review and monitor customer accounts for potential risk and delinquency.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve credit-related issues and inquiries.
• Generate credit reports and summaries for management review.
• Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to improve credit processes and mitigate risk.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Must be familiar with Quickbooks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Credit Analyst or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, credit evaluation, and risk assessment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred
