Job summary

Arrow Financial Corporation is seeking a Credit Administration Professional I to efficiently facilitate commercial loan closings and servicing with high-quality customer service. You will collaborate with Credit Administration teams to meet department goals and stay compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and effective communication with lenders, attorneys, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance or related field.
• 4 years of lending documentation, commercial construction administration, or paralegal experience preferred.
• Paralegal Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and assemble commercial loan closings from approval through funding, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage loan closings following approval, completing documentation files per approval documents and policies.
• Collaborate with Credit Administration Professional II to support workflow and improvements.
• Stay current on industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
