Bobcat of the Rockies - Henderson is seeking an energetic, dynamic individual to join our team located at our newly built headquarters in Henderson. This position provides customer service both internally and externally to support our ongoing growth. Ideal candidates for this role should thrive in a high volume, fast paced office setting.

This position is Full Time, 8am to 5pm, Monday – Friday. Some overtime may be required.

Compensation: $22-24 per hour based on applicable experience and skill set.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist administrative office team in answering incoming phone calls and providing support to our 10 locations across Colorado and Wyoming.
  • Evaluate assigned A/R portfolio and complete collection calls on assigned accounts or territory, arranging payment plans and reconciling accounts as needed.
  • Accept and process credit card and check by phone payments.
  • Assist our team with managing timely responses to A/R general inbox requests and questions.
  • Prepare and process daily check deposit.
  • Maintain certificates of insurance for rental accounts and issue damage waiver credits as necessary.
  • Process confidential credit applications, customer file management, and evaluate credit extensions and credit holds.
  • Review and update sales tax licenses for customer accounts and issue tax adjustments as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Pleasant phone demeanor with the ability to listen, comprehend, negotiate and establish rapport with customers.
  • Basic mathematical and 10 Key skills
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and processes
  • Post-secondary degree preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Occasionally lifting/carrying up to 10 pounds or pushing/pulling small objects.
  • Sits most of the time, occasional walking or standing.
  • Physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines which include a computer, printers, copy machine, calculator, telephone, etc. on a repetitive basis. This includes manual dexterity and vision.
  • Hearing and speaking to exchange information.
  • Occasionally required to be in the shop/manufacturing area and will be exposed to normal hazards.
