Job summary

You will monitor licensure status, sanctions, and NCQA/NPDB requirements, prepare applications, assist credentialing meetings, and administer MiCal and the Practitioner Directory while protecting confidential information.

Qualifications

• Two years of credentialing, provider enrollment, onboarding, and verification experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic databases.
• Ability to maintain confidential records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized support for credentialing, recredentialing, and related processes.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring and primary source verification of licensure, sanctions, and actions.
• Prepare applications and follow up on missing documentation.
• Participate in credentialing committee meetings and maintain accurate records.
• Facilitate committee activities and compile data to support decisions and accreditation readiness.
• Administer NPDB, MiCal, and Practitioner Directory programs including related verifications.
