Qualifications

• Credentialing experience for health providers, Ohio Medicaid preferred.
• Familiarity with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES and CMS enrollment processes.
• Strong communication skills and timely, accurate data handling.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain provider files and up-to-date credentialing information.
• Track CAQH/PECOS/NPPES/CMS portal logins and activity.
• Update CAQH database files per CMS schedules and regs.
• Complete new provider NPI applications and enrollments.
• Terminate enrollments with payers as needed.
• Coordinate credentialing and re-credentialing with insurers.
• Follow up with payers to resolve credentialing issues.
• Support billing operations related to credentialing activities.
• Attend trainings and assist the Billing Department as needed.
