Job summary

Equum Medical is seeking a Credentialing Specialist in the United States to deliver credentialing services and provider enrollment for hospital partners. You will lead start-to-finish credentialing and ensure accurate data across systems.

As a growing healthcare technology company, you will collaborate with the MSO Manager and providers to support patient care while maintaining compliance with Federal and State laws. Adaptability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• NAMSS CPCS certification preferred or actively pursuing.
• Minimum 3+ years of credentialing experience.
• Knowledge of credentialing processes and policies.
• Experience with FPPE/OPPE processes.
• Familiarity with physician enrollment and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages credentialing process for all Equum contracted providers.
• Maintains electronic physician files in Modio Health.
• Processes credentialing applications for health system clients.
• Owns end-to-end credentialing for physicians and hospitals.
• Coordinates credentialing audits.
• Assists with FPPEs/OPPEs.
• Serves as primary credentialing contact for assigned hospital clients.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
