What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the technical aspects and enhancements of the credentialing process for medical staff and allied health professionals
- Develop and implement database monitoring and maintenance regarding licensure and certifications
- Serve as the primary support for credentialing report requests for the employer
- Provide training and education to database users at various employer facilities
- Assist with reporting departmental metrics on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent training/experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Detail-oriented with knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment operations
- Strong database and computer literacy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in credentialing or related administrative roles within healthcare
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards
