Job summary

Allevio is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to verify healthcare professionals’ credentials, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate records. The role requires experience with DEA/state licensing and malpractice insurance enrollment or renewals.

You will collaborate with providers, insurers, and internal teams to gather credentialing information, resolve discrepancies, and participate in audits to improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in medical credentialing within a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join our team. The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for verifying healthcare professionals’ credentials, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with DEA, state licensing, and malpractice insurance enrollment and/or renewals.
