CVS Health in Franklin, TN is seeking a Credentialing Data Analyst to review and validate provider/producer information against credentialing requirements. You will maintain records in credentialing databases and support research on sensitive issues.
The role requires 1+ year of customer service, 6+ months data analysis, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Access. The position is full-time with a 40-hour workweek in a Franklin hybrid model (3 days in office).

Reviews analyzes, evaluates, validates provider/producer information against business/credentialing requirements and maintains information on Credentialing databases. Supports extensive research and analysis of sensitive provider/producer issues; addresses data integrity issues.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
