Job summary

The role requires healthcare credentialing experience, strong attention to detail, and solid MS Office skills. CPCS is a plus, with hybrid teamwork across departments in Nashua, NH.

Qualifications

• Two years of healthcare office experience in credentialing or medical staff services preferred.
• CPCS designation is a strong plus and demonstrates credentialing expertise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to manage complex databases.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and oversees the provider appointment and credentialing processes.
• Maintains licensing, DEA, and Board Certification expirations.
• Manages payer enrollment and provider data in credentialing systems; resolves enrollment issues.
