The role operates under the supervision of the Director of Medical Staff Services and involves coordinating verification processes, maintaining databases, and supporting staff with credentialing queries and enrollment tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate required.
• Excellent typing and data entry skills.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel and Access.
• Symplr credentialing software preferred.
• CPSI Physician Table preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain primary source verification of license, education, training and affiliations.
• Maintain credentialing files for physicians, CRNP and PA.
• Maintain CPSI/credentialing databases and related systems.
• Coordinate with Medical Staff Secretary on credentialing queries.
• Provide credentialing information to the Medical Staff Services Director.
• Schedule meetings, prepare materials and follow up as directed.
